If you purchase a course online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.

You are eligible for a refund if:

How to Request a Refund

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact your contact person at Academy of Digital Industries with the following information:

• Your full name
  
  
• Course purchased
  
  
• Order confirmation or invoice number
  
  
• A clear statement that you wish to cancel
  
  

Once your request is received, we will confirm receipt and process any eligible refund within 14 days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The course has not yet started or been accessed/downloaded (for digital content).
